These Terms and Conditions govern the use of adventurebliss.info and all bookings made with Adventurebliss Pty Ltd. By using this website or booking an event, you agree to the terms below.

Our Services

Adventurebliss provides offline, entertainment-only casino-style game nights at our physical venue at 489/505 Toorak Rd, Toorak VIC 3142, Australia. All activities take place face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location. We do not offer online games, online betting or any form of real-money gambling. Play chips used at our events have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bookings & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from our team and receipt of the agreed deposit.
  • Package prices shown on this website are indicative; final quotes depend on date, group size and customisation.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
  • Guest count changes must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.
  • One free reschedule is available with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability.

Venue Rules

Guests must behave respectfully toward hosts, other guests and the venue. We reserve the right to end participation for any individual whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund. Damage to equipment or property caused by a guest remains the responsibility of the booking party.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Adventurebliss is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or participation in our events. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law.
